The Big Brothers Big Sisters Mission is to help children reach their potential through professionally supported, one-to-one relationships with measurable impact. Our vision is successful mentoring relationships for all children who need and want them, contributing to better schools, brighter futures, and stronger communities for all.

Big Brothers Big Sisters is the largest provider of one-to-one youth mentoring services in the

United States

. Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southwest Florida, a United Way agency, has been bringing caring adults into the lives of children for over 30 years and is the only one-to-one youth mentoring program in Southwest Florida. We serve children in Lee, Collier, Hendry and Glades counties, and currently have more than Four hundred (400) mentoring matches throughout our four-county service area. This includes both Community-based mentoring matches, and Bigs In Schools Program matches at local schools.
