Dieter & Joey
Dear Big Brothers Big Sisters of SWFL:
Joey and I will be together for four years on 16 October 2006. When I first met Joey he was just 10 and now he is 14 years old.
During our time as Little Brother and Big Brother we have had many experiences and we participated in a lot of activities and events. We have been and still are getting together regularly every weekend, with the exception when I take a trip to Europe.
I feel that Joey and I - we both - have benefited a great deal by being together regularly. Joey has improved his grades in school; he is now in Middle school. He also has grown socially and become a very grown-up, responsible and reliable young man.
We both have many plans and we still want to do many things together. I personally feel that I have benefited through my relationship with my Little Brother by being able to do things with him regularly and to see him grow up and become a responsible teenager.
We both are a great team.
